Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the owner and operator of the website hwbta.org, Brennan Lockridge, doing business as "Home of Web3, Blockchain, Tokens & Airdrops" (collectively, "HWBTA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, content, or services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the United States of America and the State of Illinois. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf and that the entity agrees to indemnify HWBTA for violations of these Terms.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that you are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law, including sanctions or export control laws.

HWBTA provides educational content and resources related to web3, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, token guides, market analysis, exchange comparisons, and curated information about airdrops and other opportunities in the digital asset ecosystem. Our Services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Educational Content
Content may include articles, how-to guides, explanatory materials, and security tips designed to help users understand blockchain technologies and related topics. Information may be updated periodically but may not always reflect the most current developments.
Listings, Comparisons, and Airdrops
We may publish listings of coins/tokens, summaries of third-party exchanges and services, and curated airdrop opportunities. Such listings are informational only and do not constitute endorsements, recommendations, or guarantees.
No Custody, No Brokerage or Advisory
HWBTA does not provide custodial services, does not execute trades, does not hold user assets, and does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, or money services business. We do not offer individualized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Account Registration and Security
We may allow or require account registration for certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:

- Use bots, scraping, or automated means to access the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load or violates robots exclusions or rate limits.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
User Content
If you submit, post, or otherwise provide content to the Services ("User Content"), you grant HWBTA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
We may remove or disable access to any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, in our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and License
The Services, including all content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, code, and other materials, are owned by HWBTA or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Services are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in the Services grants any license or right to use any trademark without prior written permission.
Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
HWBTA respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. Airdrops, Promotions, and Third-Party Offers
Airdrops and promotional offers referenced on the Services are typically provided by third parties that are not affiliated with HWBTA. Eligibility criteria, distributions, vesting schedules, and other terms are determined solely by the offering third party and may change without notice. HWBTA does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, legality, performance, or outcome of any airdrop or promotion.
Participation in any airdrop or third-party offer is at your sole risk. You are responsible for conducting your own diligence and for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallets. HWBTA will never request your private keys or seed phrase.
Financial, Legal, and Tax Disclaimers
All information provided through the Services is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Access to the Services is currently free of charge, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to introduce or modify fees for certain features in the future. Any fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will HWBTA, its owner, affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HWBTA’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid to HWBTA for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HWBTA, its owner, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court and certain claims for injunctive or equitable relief, you and HWBTA agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration shall take place in Cook County, Illinois. You and HWBTA waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by sending a written notice stating your full name, mailing address, and request to opt out to HWBTA, 5215 Oakton St, Skokie, IL 60077, United States, and via email to [email protected]. Your opt-out will not affect other provisions of these Terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Subject to the arbitration agreement above, the exclusive venue for any permitted court action shall be the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Export Compliance
You may not use or access the Services if doing so violates U.S. export control laws or regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any portion of the Services in violation of such laws.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection
The Services are not directed to or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Services, please contact us so that we may take appropriate steps.

Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HWBTA regarding the Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Neither party’s failure to enforce any right shall be deemed a waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
